Yoga is a powerful practice which develops flexibility, strength, tone, stamina and more..a focus on the breath and inner wellbeing add to its beauty.
Yoga and relaxation - Melanie caters for beginners as well as the more experienced yogis by offering different options and progressions in each session. In this way, she aims for all class members to be able to experience the best practice for them on that day whether that is to be challenged or to move forward at a gentler pace. All classes will end with relaxation to encourage a sense of wellbeing in both body and mind.
