4 wellbeing yoga and yoga therapy

I run yoga classes and workshops in Buxton and New Mills, plus yoga holidays in Buxton and India. I have 13 years yoga teaching experience and nearly 30 years yoga practice. I teach hatha yoga but have been influenced by Iyengar and Dru yoga. I have gained a yoga therapy qualification in India, and have used this therapy to help students with various health concerns. I am also a Bowen Technique practitioner, and often give mini treatments as a relaxation in my classes. I use salutations, chanting, chakra work, mudras and pranayama within my teaching.

My classes are on a Mon at Spring Bank Arts Centre 9.30 am, and Buxton Methodist Church, Buxton Wed 7.15 pm, plus Hayfield village hall 12.45-2pm on Fridays. Costs are £8 drop in fee or £6 online via zoom.
I also offer 121 yoga in your own home, and yoga therapy sessions charged at £35 for 75 min class. I also regularly run yoga sessions at birthday parties and hen dos.
