I was relatively new to yoga when I started going to a small group session taken by Lisa… I’d tried yoga a couple of times before but always felt a bit useless, clumsy and uncoordinated. Lisa’s yoga sessions were great – she definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and had me aching afterwards, but I never felt useless! She guided me towards relatively complicated poses over time, increasing the complexity at a pace suitable to each individuals needs, without making you feel like you weren’t any good. Lisa is amazing!! She is so supportive and encouraging. Her classes are a perfect way of working our while having fun.

Lisa introduced me to yoga in a group class during lunch hour , once a week at work, I was amazed at the progress I made. She explains the moves extremely well in a step wise manor. She was able to accommodate both experienced and novice yogies. I am very impressed

Great yoga instructor, pushes you to improve but also knows your limits. I have a back problem and Lisa helps me work around the issues and gives me new exercises to try both in the class and at home. Highly recommended x

Lisa was the first person to show me yoga and really helped me to enjoy it. Her sessions were fun and interesting as she is very knowledgeable, but also I felt that there was the right level of challenge for me to progress without falling over too often. Lisa is a really kind and supportive person and brings this into her brilliant sessions

I had just turned 50, carrying a bit too much weight, typical middle aged spread and groaning when I got myself off the sofa when I was reluctantly persuaded to take up yoga by my girlfriend and we found Lisa online. Yoga classes with Lisa are the most enjoyable classes I have ever been to. She caters for both novices and people with experience. The improvement in my yoga practice has been immense. I look forward to the class each week. Lisa is always watching what you do even when you think she isn’t to make sure you are putting the correct effort in and also doing the poses correctly and safely. I do a one on one yoga session with Lisa she’s great I wasn’t comfortable Enough Going to classes being a larger lady but with Lisa I feel comfortable and Confident I can do anything and she makes sure you do, am now doing poses I never thought I could best money I’ve ever spent can’t recommend her highly enough

Just wanted to say massive thank you to Lisa for getting me more into yoga, which is something everyone should be doing for their own health and sanity. Really enjoyed all 6 sessions and was reassuringly sore on the day after .. Lisa is very kind and encouraging but will make you stretch to your potential! Super energy and enthusiasm.
