I have been practising yoga since 1986 and teaching since 2003, having qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga. I teach Gentle Years Yoga (for those who are unable to easily get down onto the floor, or back up again!) and mixed ability groups. Numbers in each class are limited to a maximum of 15 (although most are much smaller than this) ensuring individual attention.
