Dynamic classes integrate an active standing sequence and a slower seated sequence ending with Mindfulness and relaxation. This combination improves strength, suppleness, flexibility and balance. Throughout, breathing allows us to go deeper into each posture and be more present.
Classes are suitable for everyone regardless of age, flexibility or previous experience as I offer variations to suit your needs. Classes are informal with no pressure to perform but with the intention to have fun.
