Aimee Hill Massage Therapy and Yoga

Hi! I'm Aimee - a North-Devon based yoga teacher, running regular weekly yoga classes in Barnstaple town centre.
Since the pandemic, I decided to provide people with the option of practicing with me from the comfort of their own homes, and the ability to join from anywhere in the world - so my sessions are live-streamed via Zoom too!
My classes are all-inclusive, and accessible to everyone - no matter their level of yoga experience.
I also specialise in Pregnancy Yoga, and have taught Mummy and Baby Yoga as well.
My teaching style is a mixture of lots of different trainings I have completed over the years, and I particularly like taking inspiration from Vinyasa, Yin & restorative yoga, Forrest Yoga, and approaching movement from a neuroscience perspective (giving the brain a workout too!)
Along with my public classes, I also offer private group and 1:1 yoga sessions, as well as massage therapy (deep tissue, hot stones, relaxation and pregnancy massage).
You can expect a warm and friendly welcome when you enter one of my sessions, and it my absolute passion to help you feel calm and at ease.
