Join me for gentle yoga sessions incorporating sequences to warm the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on improving posture, strength, balance, and increasing flexibility. Enjoy the many benefits that gentle yoga brings to both the mind and body.

Gentle yoga is suitable for all and is designed to be of a gentler and kinder pace allowing you to be truly mindful and present in your practice. If you are looking to enjoy a practice of flowing movement then gentle yoga flow is for you. Feel the benefits of the nervous system calming whilst bringing a sense of grounding and relaxation as you mindfully flow with movement and breath.

Gentle yoga can be practiced by everyone and is suitable for those with injuries, pain, mobility or health issues; modifications are always offered making the sessions a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all. A gentle yoga practice is a great choice for beginners and those that like a comfortable, kind flowing practice.
