Vinyasa Yoga with Erin

Erin grew up in steamy Jacksonville, Florida as a surfer. She took her first Vinyasa Yoga class in 2000, and has never looked back. She was instantly hooked to the way Yoga made her feel emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Over the years she has practiced all styles of Yoga but Ashtanga based Vinyasa and Jivamukti keep closest to her heart. She has attended many workshops and trained with some the world’s most inspiring teachers such as Shiva Rea, Beryl Birch, David Swenson, Matthew Sweeney, Sharron Gannon, David Life, John Scott, and her current teacher Stewart Gilchrist. She recently travelled to Mysore, India to go to the source and practise and train with Sheshadri.

Expect a pinch of pranayama, a dash of philosophy, and slug of meditation all mixed together with some inspiring asana!
