Heart and Sole’s Yoga and Wellbeing Experiences use Hatha Yoga as an energising tool for both the body and the mind.
Based in a spacious and contemporary beach house just 200m from the stunning south Devon coast, we invite guests to relax and rejuvenate in the dreamy natural beauty of the seaside.
Heart and Sole Wellbeing is owned and run by Sandra Watson, a mother of 4, a Yoga and Fitness Instructor and an NLP coach with a passion for healthy living, juicing and a meat free lifestyle.
All our sessions introduce guests to guided meditations and breathing exercises to settle the soul. We also include fresh cold pressed juices and vegetarian meals.
We have several options ranging from ½ day Yoga Experiences to a 2 night Yoga retreat.
Our ½ day Yoga and Wellbeing Experience starts with fresh, cold pressed juice shots before uplifting sessions of Hatha Yoga, meditation and mindfulness. We conclude the session with a tasty vegetarian meal. All food and drinks are included.
Our 2 night stay allows guests to become immersed in a supportive environment of like minded folks. A delightfully relaxing yet invigorating mix of Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness, NLP, Meditation, beach walks, juices and vegetarian meals are all included.
