Hi, my name is Lisa and I’d like to think of myself as a Yoga Sharer!
Despite achieving my Yoga Teachers qualifications I will forever be a student, learning as I go on in my yoga and life’s journey.
I am honoured and privileged to be able to share one of my passions with you.
My classes will be modified to everyone’s capabilities and needs in the class
I teach A class on a Wednesday Eve 7.30-9 – contact for details… I also teach at Rolls Royce in Derby on a Friday Morning 10-11 all welcome 🙂
