Description:

Holistic yoga classes for all ages and abilities, including family sessions, corporate and one to ones.  I teach small friendly classes where enjoyment and relaxation are just as important as the focus and physical practice. most importantly, we don't take ourselves too seriously.

Opening Times

Opening Times: Tues 1.10pm-2.30pm (term time)
Weds 7.30pm - 9pm
Thurs 7.30pm - 9pm
