Arwen runs a range of Hatha Yoga classes aimed at two different levels. Firstly, Ultra Gentle Hatha Yoga & Deep Relaxation - this is suitable for anyone and is a calming class aimed at developing flexibility and releasing the stresses of daily life. We move gently through a range of poses to open and stretch the body and end class with a mini Sound Bath. Secondly, I teach beginner-intermediate Hatha Yoga class, which focuses on flexibility and building strength and stamina. This is a more dynamic class but still caters for all levels and provides stepped entry into key poses. Students are all ages and both men and women. She also offers private, one-to-one tuition to help students develop their personal, home practice and to focus on specific areas of the body as required.
Arwen is a professionally qualified Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance certified) and Meditation teacher (Government of India certified), as well as a healer and coach.
