Arwen runs a range of Yoga classes aimed at different levels. These are primarily online at the moment, but in-person classes are planned to return soon. Her Ultra Gentle Hatha Yoga & Deep Relaxation class is suitable for beginner or practiced Yogi alike. It is a calming class aimed at developing flexibility and releasing the stresses of daily life. We move gently through a range of poses to open and stretch the body and end class with a mini Sound Bath. The Yoga Workout class focuses on flexibility and building strength and stamina via a mindful approach and ends with a deep relaxation. This is a more dynamic class but still caters for all levels and provides stepped entry into key poses. Students are all ages and both men and women. Arwen is also a professional meditation teacher and runs a Flow, Breathe, Meditate class that starts with gentle flowing movements inspired by Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Ashtanga and leads into Pranayama – Yogic breathwork – before moving into a guided meditation.
Arwen also offers private, one-to-one tuition to help students develop their personal, home practice and to focus on specific areas of the body as required. She is a professionally qualified Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance certified), Meditation teacher (Government of India certified), Reiki healer, crystal healer, sound healer, holistic life coach and massage therapist.
