My classes are based on the teachings of the renowned Sri Swami Satchidananda, Integral Yoga Founder. My classes include classic yoga postures, a focus on movement, posture and balance, pranayama (breathing practices), deep relaxation, and meditation. And of course dynamic flow classes for the more advanced yogi.
I would love others to feel as many benefits from yoga as I have, and I aim to provide the mental and physical space for you to really explore the possibilities of the body, and mind through yoga.
I also provide Therapeutic Yoga, for children with autism, adhd and to those with eating disorders.
