These classes are for all abilities and are aimed to leave you feeling calm and relaxed in both body and mind.
After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia five years ago leaving me barely able to brush my daughters hair or leave the house much I found yoga which changed my life! It has improved the mobility issues and pain that I was suffering with and helped me with the depression and anxiety that came with it. My aim is to teach from my personal experience and help people to overcome illnesses and issues they didn’t think possible.
Class starts with cantering ourselves using breath work (pranayama). We then go through the Joint Release System (JRS) working on every joint in the body to promote/aid mobility, we then move through some poses (asanas) before laying back and relaxing (Savasana) with a guided meditation.
