Elite Pilates & Yoga Services Teacher Training

Welcome to Elite Pilates & Yoga Services (Teacher Training).We provide both Pilates & Yoga Services. We are also a Teacher Training educational establishment. Our group classes are small friendly and suitable for beginners new to yoga or Pilates.

We have Hatha yoga class or for a more relaxed (and achievable) we have the gentle yin yoga class.
Most of our clients are women, many though not all are retired, with medical conditions that we cater for. Our Instructors are well trained and fully qualified in Clinical Pilates and Yoga - we are an educational facility that runs professional qualifications YMCA Level 3 Diploma Yoga and Pilates Course.

We are open 6 days a week with various group classes throughout the day from 8 am till 9 pm.

We provide Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa style Yoga from beginner to advanced. Either within a group or private sessions

For those that like their exercise fitness more challenging we have PiYo and HIT sessions also.

Our Studio.is just outside Kingskerswell Newton Abbot (Teignbridge)on the border with Torquay (Torbay) within easy reach of Bovey Tracey (Chudleigh) and Teignmouth (Shaldon)
