I teach yoga in Newton Abbot for adults, teens, kids, preschoolers, toddlers, babies, and pregnant and postnatal women. My adult yoga classes are hatha yoga, with an emphasis on embodied self- awareness, always with options for a stronger physical practice or a more restful one. I aim to guide you to your own inner teacher, thereby giving you a tool for yoga-inspired everyday living! My pregnancy yoga classes are deeply nourishing and safe for women at all stages of pregnancy. My classes for babies, children and teens are fun, creative and engaging. My greatest passion is guiding post-natal women into a safe and nourishing yoga practice, so you can be assured that I am the ideal choice of teacher if you have ever given birth to/ parented a baby and been on the accompanying journey of physical, emotional and spiritual transformation!
I am qualified through the British Wheel of yoga(300 hours), as well as Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (Pregnancy Yoga) and Birthlight (baby, toddler, postnatal and Well Woman yoga).
