Yoga on the mat is a sacred space where we can shed our protective exterior and just be with ourselves in a deeply personal and healing way. It connects us with our deeper essence with results that are illuminating and incredible benefits including relaxation, emotional balance, creativity and an overall sense of elevated health and well-being.

By flowing gently and slowly through practices of focused awareness, breathing techniques and postures, we allow our nervous system to settle, our minds to slow down and our breath to lengthen and deepen. This all greatly supports the ability to anchor ourselves into the present moment, creating pathways to release tension, strengthen our body and to become deeply aware of how to truly nourish and nurture ourselves.

I’m here to help you get the best out of your yoga practice, offering classes that are devoted to creating a space in which you can nurture your well-being and nourish your soul.
