Yoga on the mat is a sacred space where we can shed our protective exterior and just be with ourselves in a deeply personal and healing way. It connects us with our deeper essence with results that are illuminating and incredible benefits including relaxation, emotional balance, creativity and an overall sense of elevated health and well-being.
My slow flow classes are the perfect remedy for a busy lifestyle and will allow you the opportunity to be guided through each pose slowly and mindfully to encourage the important connection of movement and breath.
When we take our time to connect to the practice in this way, we allow our nervous system to settle, our minds to slow down and our breath to lengthen and deepen. This all greatly supports the ability to anchor ourselves into the present moment, creating pathways to release tension, strengthen our body and to become deeply aware of how to truly nourish and nurture ourselves.
