After many years of practicing yoga, I have just trained with Brian Cooper, one of the best Ashtanga instructors in Europe, renouned author, and founder of Yoga Alliance UK,
Ashtanga focuses on the breath as you move through the postures of the primary series in a predetermined order. You very quickly build strength, flexibility and stamina, and gain balance both mentally and physically.
All the postures can be adapted to suit all abilities, so my classes are suitable for everyone.
