Classes run on a Tuesday evening, come along to explore mind and body through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation. This is an opportunity to explore your own body in a non-judgemental environment, where we respect that everyone is different. So even if you don’t feel as flexible or strong as you’d like to, it’s this exploration and development that yoga is all about!
