Want to feel better in mind and body?  Friendly and relaxed Hatha yoga classes suitable for anyone wanting to connect with a deep sense of mental and physical wellbeing.  Classes run on a Tuesday evening, come along to explore mind and body through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.  This is an opportunity to explore your own body in a non-judgemental environment, where we respect that everyone is different.  So even if you don’t feel as flexible or strong as you’d like to, it’s this exploration and development that yoga is all about!

Easy access from the City Centre, Mutley and Peverell.  Mats and blankets provided or please feel free to bring your own.

Yoga can improve both your physical and mental wellbeing by helping you to develop a sense of awareness, releasing tension and emotions from the body and developing a sense of relaxation.  With regular practice you’ll begin to notice the effects off the mat as well as on.  Benefits can include

Cathy trained with Zenways and is a qualified and fully insured 200 hour yoga teacher, registered with the Yoga Alliance.  Cathy also offers Zen Yoga workshops currently through private classes and at selected studios.

Yoga for Wellbeing provides wonderful classes that are both challenging and relaxing. I have been attending for 8 weeks now and am already feeling the benefits. Each class has a great combination of familiar yoga positions mixed in with new ones each week. I am thoroughly enjoying these classes and recommend them to anyone looking for a new instructor or for beginners looking for a welcoming environment to begin their practice.
