Popular affordable Hatha Yoga classes in Seaton. Long established sessions incorporating Pranayama, Meditation, and traditional Asana.  Chair Yoga for those who wish to

avoid getting up and down off the floor.

Yvonne was originally Wheel trained and now a Yoga Elder with Independent Yoga Network. She has practised Yoga for 47 years and taught for over 42 of them.

She is a former Adult Education Tutor

Three classes run all year with no pre-payment. Two classes are on Zoom at the moment.
All classes are only £5 or £6 for 60 mins session. Some have waiting lists.
