When necessary props are used, which allow you to practise safely at your own pace, to suit your body. Beginners work in a basic way on simple postures according to their capabilities. As you develop you can move on to more refined ways of working as well as to more complex postures.
I've been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching Iyengar Yoga since 2003. I hold an Intermediate level 2 Teaching Certificate (2009) and attended the Iyengar Institute in India in 2008 and 2012
