Jala Flow Yoga offers a truly dedicated space to practice for those of all experience, knowledge and interests. Set in an attractive grade II listed building, conveniently located on the High Street, we are fortunate to have the space to be able to offer an extensive variety of styles of yoga, meditation and therapy , as well as workshops, retreats and training.

Jala translates to water. And the spirit of Jala runs through this beautiful studio, based just a moments’ walk from the beach, in the stunning South Devon Coastal Town of Sidmouth.
