I am trained with Yoga For Health which included a general and remedial course, then with FRYOG (friends of Yoga) affliated to the Bihar School in India.
I use a combination of gentle yoga with classical yoga with the emphasis on following your own individual journey and working at your own pace and level. Wherever possible I will show stages and modifications to the postures so that each person can follow whatever is most comfortable for them.
I use breathing techniques (Pranayama) meditation, relaxation and visualisations, to refresh the body and calm the mind - yoga working on all aspections of our being: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
I also run separate meditation & chanting groups on the 3rd Frid @ month 5.00-6.30.
