Yoga and mindfulness classes for children from 2-16.
Inky squid is a gentle, fun way of introducing children to the world of Yoga, meditation and relaxation using yoga sequences that include brain development exercises, classical poses, chants and more.
In today’s fast paced and increasingly stressful society yoga gives children the tools to have confidence, courage and inner peace. (I also offer yoga therapy sessions for children & teenagers who are suffering with such things as anxiety, low moods, social phobias , and for children who are on the Autistic spectrum)
3-10 year old and Family classes are held on Sunday 3.00 - 3.45 pm
All equipment is provided: mats, pillows, music and props etc.
