Yin yoga is a gentle, passive style of yoga that stretches and opens the connective tissue, fascia and eases stiffness in your joints. Based on Chinese Meridian theory, Yin also works on the internal organs and produces feelings of having had acupuncture. Stretches are all done on the mat, and long holds mean this practice becomes very meditative and relaxing.
Vinyasa yoga is the yang to the yin (ying) - a dynamic, active flow class designed to build strength and stamina, increase circulation, boost immune health, improve skin and muscle tone and increase overall fitness.
Classes are drop in and all levels are welcome. Drop in price £8/course discount available.
Natalie encourages students to do what feels good for their body, to explore and find your own rhythm and pace in your practice and to start from a place of feeling, patience and acceptance.
