Yin yoga is a gentle, passive style of yoga that stretches and opens the connective tissue, fascia and eases stiffness in your joints.  Based on Chinese Meridian theory, Yin also works on the internal organs and produces feelings of having had acupuncture.  Stretches are all done on the mat, and long holds mean this practice becomes very meditative and relaxing.

Vinyasa yoga is the yang to the yin (ying) - a dynamic, active flow class designed to build strength and stamina, increase circulation, boost immune health, improve skin and muscle tone and increase overall fitness.

Classes are drop in and all levels are welcome.  Drop in price £8/course discount available.

Natalie encourages students to do what feels good for their body, to explore and find your own rhythm and pace in your practice and to start from a place of feeling, patience and acceptance.

I’ve tried lots of yoga classes over the years and have found Natalie’s to be by far the best for me. We work at our own pace with a good variety of moves for the more and less bendy of us. I find her Yin class a great balance of breathing, meditation, stretching and strengthening. Natalie directs the class in a really clear, soothing and informative way, perfect for beginners and more able yogi practitioners.

Natalie’s classes are the ultimate in Yin Yoga, I leave feeling like I’ve had a ,massage! Gentle stretching and releasing tension from all those hard to reach areas we hold so tightly. The pace is just right and Natalie’s beautiful soft Scottish lilt is perfect to guide you through the class 😉

I see Natalie twice a week, when I can, for both Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She is a lovely teacher with a really caring empathetic style. I can honestly say that I feel loads better every time I leave her class and an inch taller too! Her classes have helped me recover from a terrible injury and helps to calm my overactive mind. I would highly recommend her classes to experienced or beginners alike.

I have been to many Yoga classes over the years with some fantastic Yoga teachers and I can honestly say that Natalie is my favourite…I am enjoying my yoga practise more than ever before. She teaches with such a quality and clarity, as well as providing real insight into being aware of feelings in the body during the postures. I’ve been doing yoga at home for years but finally decided to venture out and tried Natalie’s classes. I was so glad I did as they are wonderful! It doesn’t matter how experienced you are, she is aware of everyone’s needs and makes sure that you can go at the right pace for you. I love her Scottish accent, very soothing and gentle. I feel amazing after her classes!

I really enjoy Natalie’s Vinyasa classes. She gently stretches our limits and combines some serious yoga with just a smidgin of spirituality in a way that makes my day. So I keep coming (unusually for me)!

Natalie is the best! Such a calm spirit with a wonderfully warm welcome. Her classes are as challenging as you want to make them. I love her emphasis on the fact that we bring our own spine to class, so do what feels right for you. I always leave the classes feeling inspired and motivated to do more. Highly recommend Natalie’s classes.. Get there early though, her classes are very popular!
