Gina’s style draws on multiple yogic disciplines and Chinese Five Element theory. Classes combine breath, alignment and energy work in creative sequences to free cluttered minds and bodies and bring them into the here and now.
Positive and down to earth in her approach, Gina’s teaching is about helping people to tune into their internal dynamics. Find the balance between flexibility and strength, work effectively within your limits, and develop your practice over the long term.
Gina started practicing yoga 15 years ago and used it to heal a fractured spine. She has been teaching for 9 years in London and Devon and is particularly interested in yoga for healing.
She has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Professionals, Kripalu LifeForce and the Devon School of Yoga. She is a qualified yoga therapist and runs a pioneering Chair Yoga program for stroke rehabilitation in south Devon.
