I love sharing my practice of yoga with all types of people, hearing or seeing the positive impact it has on their lives.
My style is a dynamic, energising yoga to build mental & physical strength but I always give lots of options to make it suitable to all.
My teacher training was with the very wonderful Devon School of Yoga, I have practiced a wide variety of styles over the years which all influence my teaching.
I have a particular interest & focus on using yoga, breathing techniques & meditation for stress, anxiety or depression.
