This class is open to people who wish to improve their physical and mental strengths through the practice of Yoga. The class is 90 mins and includes 20 mins of deep relaxation at the end of the class. Please bring your own mat, a small cushion if required and a blanket. Wearing loose comfortable clothing is advisable. I look forward to welcoming to my class.
