About Tamara Bowler
Tamara Bowler Qualified in 2002 as a Yoga teacher. A student of the Saraswati Yoga Studio. An extensive 2 year course that covered Hatha yoga, Pranayama (breathing excersises), meditation, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, history, anatomy, philosophy, Yoga for children, pregnancy yoga and yoga for the disabled.
She has also trained with the Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship; and Calm for kids, which covered both teenagers and younger children. She continues to update her training on a regular basis.
She also works with the film and television industry to help combat the effects of stress and physical strain due to the long hours both in the U.K and the U.S.

Tamara is a wonderful teacher, patient and encouraging. I love her classes as the postures are taught in stages and you go to the stage you can achieve then she will gently guide you to next stage without any pressure. The relaxation at the end of the class certainly helps to de stress the mind and body.
