Aimee offers classes for all who wish to gain an insight into yoga, the magic and its benefits. An alchemy of breath awareness and asanas (postures) to enhance well-being and strengthen the connection between mind, body and spirit in our ever-busy lives. Having trained with The British Wheel of Yoga, Aimee brings a sense of calm, warmth and playfulness to her Hatha Yoga teachings and hopes to support you on your path of self-realisation, to find joy in your experiences and to take what you learn in class, off the mat and into your daily lives.
She offers a selection of classes including Group Classes, Pregnancy Yoga, Mama & Baby classes as well as Private 1:1 sessions.
Leave each session with a warm glow and a feeling of lightness.
Each class ends with a 15-minute-deep relaxation to rejuvenate and restore.
