LeAnanda Yoga was created by Leanne Jones in 2012 as a result of her love for Yoga.
Ananda is one of the first Sanskrit words Leanne learnt on her Yoga Teacher training course, and fell in love with its meaning immediately â€“ it refers to our Inner depths of supreme bliss, so hence the wonderful combination of the words 'Leanne' & 'Ananda' to make LeAnanda Yoga. You should leave Leanne's classes feeling uplifted and inspired as well as calm and relaxed!
Leanne started practising yoga in 2008 at a tough time in her life and since then Leanne has qualified as a 500hr BWY Hatha Yoga teacher, 300hr Jivamukti Yoga teacher and is currently in training to practice Thai Yoga Massage. Leanne's Hatha yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience and Jivamukti Open classes are suitable for those with previous experience and regular practice. Expect chanting, pranayama (Breathing practices) Asana (postures), & mediation in class along with a theme inspired by the ancient texts as well as modern philosophy.
