Zenzone Yoga

Zenzone Yoga offers a range of Yoga classes and workshops in Wimborne and Bournemouth, Dorset. Classes are fun and friendly and are open to both beginners and experienced practitioners of yoga. They are taught by Cheryl Edwards who is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and an Advanced Yin Yoga teacher. Working with both body and mind, Cheryl’s classes help to improve flexibility, increase strength and relax and calm the mind.
