At the heart of my yoga business are my beginners courses. I love seeing someone who originally thought they were to inflexible to start, falling in love with yoga.

Yoga classes and courses aimed at Beginners, through Beginners-Plus to Intermediate.based

Yoga is for everyone and every body. If you’ve been thinking of starting – come along, I run friendly and encouraging classes in which you can grow at your own pace in an un-competitive environment. All my classes start with breathing exercises (pranayama) and finish with relaxation (Savasana). They are suitable for all and incorporate a range of dynamic vinyasa flow, balancing and stretching.

WEEKLY CLASSES: Monday & Wednesday Sunrise Yoga Class 6.00-7.00am; Tuesday morning 8-9am; Tuesday evening 7-8pm; Thursday morning 8-9am; Thursday evenings 6.30pm-8.00pm and Sunday mornings 10-11.30am.

8-CLASS COMPETE BEGINNERS COURSE: My next course is a beginners-continuation, 8x1-hour classes (held on Mondays and Wednesdays 8.00am-9.00am from 1st-24th March 2021). It is aimed at complete beginners who want to learn from the basics-up. You will learn yoga flow; poses; learn to stretch deeper; balance better and get stronger. We look detail at the poses, gain flexibility, strength and stamina. It is also suitable for those that used to practice yoga some time ago and wants a refresher prior to joining a ‘regular’ class.

£80.00 payable in advance. Numbers are limited to just six people to ensure individual attention, so booking early is encouraged to secure your place. Email me hello@yogawithvickib.com ; message me or call me 0781 505 6767 to book your place.

MONTHLY BEGINNERS-CONTINUATION CLASSES: Twice weekly Tuesday & Thursday 8.00-9.00am – each week one class focuses on learning/practicing specific poses, second class of the week yoga flow, building on poses.

I attended Vicki’s retreat in Turkey and it was fantastic. The class was challenging but accommodated people of all levels and she really took time to make sure everything was explained and every level catered for. Highly recommended!

Attended Vicki’s beginners class last Sunday and would thoroughly recommend her. Vicki was welcoming and friendly. The pace was just right. She was inspiring but mindful of individual capabilities and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I promptly signed up for the rest of the course and am looking forward to it.

I have had a few great yoga classes with Vicki on a retreat in Turkey. By the end of the 5 days I felt stronger and much more flexible. Vicki takes good care to make sure you’re getting your positions absolutely right. Each day we progressed a little more and although it was challenging at times and often above my level I was encouraged to do just as much as I.could manage.

I attended Vicky’s Turkey retreat and thoroughly enjoyed all the classes. Vicky is a wonderful teacher continually checking and correcting, and her classes work at pace and continued to be challenging day after day. I highly recommend her classes!

I have done Yoga before but have never enjoyed it until I met Vicki. Vicki is an amazing teacher that really cares about her students. Her gentle calm nature and love for Yoga really come across in the class.I couldn’t recommend Vicki enough! Thank you for opening my eyes to fantastic Yoga!

Since joining Vicki’s beginners’ on-line yoga class a few weeks ago, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my flexibility and strength. I can now touch my toes, hold stretches for longer and can nearly get my heels to the floor in downward dog! My body no longer feels as if it’s made from wood! I like taking the class on-line – no travelling needed…easy to log in via zoom. As a beginner, I really appreciate the clarity of Vicki’s instructions and the steady pace of the lessons, into which she introduces a bit more challenge each week. You definitely feel… Read more »

I started attending Vicki’s yoga classes to improve my overall flexibility and strength. After completing the beginners’ course I joined the regular classes, albeit with some trepidation since everyone else was way more advanced than me. I need not have been concerned since all the other participants were welcoming and supportive, and everyone celebrates the progress individuals make each week. I am surprised and delighted with the improvement in my flexibility since I first started the classes. My mum & I have joined Vicki’s gentle flow class virtually over lockdown to get us back into yoga after quite a break from it! We have loved every class so far and even though they have been virtual, we don’t feel like we are missing out at all – we get as much out of it as if we were there in the room. Highly recommend for any beginners or more experiences but out of practice yogis like ourselves!

I started YogaWithVickiB as a result of Vicki kindly offering a weekly 1 hour free session during the original lockdown in spring of 2020. I wanted to do some Yoga at home as I was missing my “in person” classes. I had done yoga classes before and wasn’t sure how online classes would work but felt very comfortable and relaxed through the lessons. Vicki’s online teaching is very clear and informative so I felt well guided through the sessions.
