About ‘Mind – Body Maintenance’
Katy teaches a Yoga for Backs class on a Saturday morning periodically. She also offers One2One and One2Two sessions by appointment. She teaches from her own experience of lower back issues.
Gentle stretching of the spine creates strength and suppleness. Deep, full breathing helps to calm the mind and emotions. Deep relaxation reduces stress and creates a greater sense of well being.
