Isabelle has been practising Yoga for the past twenty-five years and has been teaching since 2003. Her teacher training was initially with Godfrey Devereux and then with Jenny Beeken of the Inner Yoga Trust. Her qualifications to teach are recognised by the British Wheel of Yoga and the Independent Yoga Network. She is trained in Yoga Therapy with the Devon School of Yoga & has completed the British Wheel of Yoga Meditation Module. Isabelle is a BWY Foundation Course tutor.
Her style of teaching includes dynamic sequences as well as held postures and breath awareness. This all within a flowing structure that encourages students to focus internally bringing a deep sense of completeness and relaxation.
Isabelle also teaches private classes which may be useful if you are new to yoga or requiring a more therapeutic yoga practice.

Yogi Lea (Dr Lea Brindle) has practiced yoga for over 30 years and has been teaching for over fifteen years. He has a British Wheel of Yoga teaching Diploma as well as Yoga Alliance & IYN (500 hours) qualifications. Yogi Lea teaches Mindful Yoga, Yoga for Men and Hatha Flow Yoga, a vinyasa krama style with Astanga, Iyengar & Sivananda influences. His main inspiration as a teacher has come from in-depth practice with world class teachers such as John Scott, Derek Ireland, Nigel Gilderson & Liz Lark as well as several workshops with acclaimed yogis including Godfrey Devereux, Shiva Rea, Rod Stryker, Richard Freeman, Shandor Remete, Sri A G Mohan & the late, great B K S Iyengar.
He also teaches Pranayama and Mindful Meditation & runs beginners and more advanced courses in Mindfulness & Personal Development. Yogi Lea offers Yoga Masterclasses from time-to-time such as Optimum Back Health, Developing the Chakras, Mindful Yoga and Yoga Nidra & Meditation.
