Be warned - I laugh a lot and the emphasis is on appropriate levels of yoga for you, this is not boot camp or hot lycra yoga. We breathe (properly), stretch/warm up (at length), we hold and adapt asana (or postures) for strength and flexibility; and then relax (properly).
