This class is open to those wishing to improve their physical and mental strength, flexibility and their ability to let go of tension. It is a 60 mins class with 15 mins deep relaxation at the end of each session.
Please bring your own mat, a blanket and if required, a small cushion. It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
