This is a weekly regular class based on traditional Hatha (Kripalu) yoga and it is ideal for beginners and adaptable to everyone. Each class (enhanced by music) is a complete 90 minutes experience, including centering, warm-ups, yoga postures and relaxation – with focus on the healthy spine/back.
My mission and desire are to help people discover how yoga can bring health, happiness and purpose to their lives. I believe that life challenges can be overcome by a positive attitude which I try to cultivate in my teaching.
