I cannot speak highly enough of Karen and would recommend her to anyone. I started classes with Karen 2 years ago and I have never looked back! Her passion for yoga is infectious and her inspirational approach to teaching has enabled me to achieve amazing results, both physically and emotionally. I had previously tried a couple of beginner yoga classes and was never able to keep up, finding the positions impossible to get into and with not being naturally bendy, being scared off after 1 or 2 goes at it. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with ME and research showed that yoga could help. So I bit the bullet and knowing classes weren’t good for me I contacted Karen for 1:1 lessons. Until I started my 1:1 sessions with Karen in January 2012 I had never tried yoga before. I was introduced to Karen by a friend a few months after I had been diagnosed with FM. At this point I was in a great deal of pain, my mobility had declined & I lacked energy & self confidence. In the past 9 months I have developed a passion for Yoga.
