SoCo Yoga Bournemouth & Poole

Hi I’m Nicci! I started practicing yoga in 2002 as a means to keep fit and stay active. I quickly discovered that not only did it bring me the physical benefits of strength and flexibility, but it also gave me more energy and a great sense of emotional wellbeing. I have practiced various styles of yoga over the years including Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga and Iyengar before completing my 200hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher training.

I believe yoga is a life changing discipline and I want to share my love and knowledge of yoga with others, so they too can experience it in their everyday lives.

My Vinyasa Yoga classes link movement with the breath and are suitable for both beginner students and students who already have some yoga experience
