Each class is for 90 minutes
Classes allow you to participate at your own level.
The class will begin with sitting quietly, centering focusing and bring awareness onto your breath , body and mind preparing for the class, Then we warm up the muscles and joints in preparation for asana (posture) work. The class will consist of a variety of Asanas (yoga postures) that will strengthen and tone the body improving the flow of energy, helping to bring about a inner feeling of peace and wellbeing . The asanas used in a class will vary and depend on the abilities of the students. Classes will finish with sitting and observing for a few moments then maybe some pranayama (breathing work) the session will end with 15 minutes of relaxation.

Wednesday evening 6.30 - 8.00pm - Beginners & refreshers
