About Yoga with Gemma
Hatha Yoga classes suitable for everyone.
Classes are 1.5 hours long. They include meditation, limber, postures (asanas), relaxation and some classes also include pranyama (breath control) .
Yoga classes for the mind, body and soul.
Classes cost £7 on a drop in basis or £60 for 10 consecutive weeks.
