Holistic yoga with Alyson

I teach yoga in Dumfries and online.

The Dumfries classes are currently taking place within Covid-19 regulations to ensure the classes are safe and enjoyable. I currently teach an intermediate level class and a 'relax and recharge' class. I also have three online classes which are: intermedite, early bird, and midday movement.

I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher. I have been practising yoga since 1991 and regularly attend yoga workshops with other teachers to continue my learning.
