In my classes we start focusing on our breathing (Pranayama), warm up to a flow (Vinyasa) and then end with a peaceful relaxation (Shavasana). My classes are mixed level as I ofter variations to allow you to work at your own pace. The classes are vinyasa flow meaning we focus on syncronising our breath with movement and have some sequenced flows from one posture to the next.
