Beginners Very Welcome - Hatha yoga classes. Relax, enjoy, meet new friends....The yoga I teach is Hatha yoga which is the most popular in the west. My yoga classes includes gentle stretches, easy postures, learning to work with the breath, mindfulness, relaxation and short meditations, finishing with a wonderful guided relaxation all these aspects working together bringing balance and calm to the mind and body.
For Beginners & Intermediates and those who want to relax, refresh and de-stress after a hard day including Meditation & Mindfulness

Seriously; this teacher is one of the best I’ve found in a long time. She’s knowledgeable, passionate, quietly funny and incredibly good. Classes are fun, challenging, calm and the practise is perfect. Her meditation techniques are absolutely wonderful. The highlight of my week.

Having practiced yoga for many years Paulines style of teaching is wonderful. All aspects of yoga are fully explained in a calming manner.The benefits of practice are very benifical to keep mind and body healthy and happy.I would highly recommend any of Paulines classes.

Having been introduced to Pauline back in 2011 when I was going through a very stressful time, nursing my dying Mum, I have to say I was a bit sceptical at first about yoga. Having now had 3 years of classes with Pauline, I would highly recommend it. It really does your mind and soul and body good. Each week’s class is well prepared and different. Best thing my neighbour ever introduced me to at a very stressful time in my life 3 years ago. Pauline puts so much effort into her class and each class is different. Her calming voice could quite easily send me to sleep at the end of each class when we have relaxation! Perfect !

Pauline has an understanding of the pysical and spiritual needs of the body. Her yoga and mindfulness classes are a haven of peace in a mad world. I wish I had found out about her years ago. Truly inspirational and a fun person to be with.
