Six week Yoga course.
The course offers a gentle introduction into Hatha Yoga. you will learn basic postures, pranayama breathing techniques and relaxation. This introductory course is suitable to the newcomer of yoga and for those who have some yoga experience.

Mats are provided.
Yoga classes are held daytime and evenings.
Individual tuition can be arranged.

Maggie is a qualified Yoga Teacher. She has studied and practiced yoga for 15 years and completed her teacher training with the British School of Yoga(BSY).
