At Sydera Yoga we understand that everyone's needs are different.
All of our classes support physical and mental well-being, helping practitioners to cope better with life's challenges. Research benefits of yoga include: improved cardiovascular and respiratory health, strength, balance, sleep, and stress relief, together offering the key to a longer and happier life.
Beginners will be guided progressively through key concepts, techniques and postures of their chosen yoga style, enabling them to continue their practice independently or in a group. There is no need to be flexible in order to join our yoga classes. That comes with time. Plus, all our classes are friendly and informal, so you can relax and be yourself.
