I began my yoga practise over 30 years ago to help me with back issues – it still does.
5 years ago, I began Teacher Training in order to deepen my practise and quickly realised I wanted to teach and help everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga. I also wanted to know more so I undertook a two-year Yoga Therapy programme with Yoga Campus.
All my classes are small, and all are influenced by Yoga Therapy – from chair-based to regular classes. They are functional – about improving strength and mobility for daily life, individualised to your needs and holistic – for the whole person, for example, relaxation and breathing can both help ease tension and ease stiffness in the joints.
