Yoga is an ancient holistic system that uses physical postures, breathing techniques,
meditation and relaxation to harmonise the body and mind.
Classes will include a breathing technique, warming up of the joints and muscles
building up to a peak posture, ending with a relaxation.
Classes are available to beginners as well as all levels
