About YOGA VK Yoga for Health and Wellbeing
My Name is Vikki and i have practised Yoga for over 10yrs, i am a fully Qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, i teach traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Menopause.
My Classed are inclusive of everyone and all levels
Yoga is an ancient holistic system that uses physical postures, breathing techniques,
meditation and relaxation to harmonise the body and mind.
Classes will include a breathing technique, warming up of the joints and muscles
building up to a peak posture, cooling down postures meditation and ending with a relaxation.
Classes are available to all levels
Please wear loose clothing with no accessories, yoga is done in bear feet
for safety reasons.
Please bring own mats, blocks, straps
please bring along a blanket and socks for
relaxation.
The benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, strength and toning of the
body, improves respiration. Calms the mind inducing relaxation. Lowers
blood pressure reduces stress and so much more
