Description:

Energising vinyasa yoga- creating heat in the body through a fluid, mindful yoga sequence. Building strength and creating flexibility. Always making sure you walk out grounded and calm.

Slow beginner vinyasa flow- mindful moving meditaion to work out the kinks and strains in the body. Also building strength but in a slower sequence of poses.

Both classes are for you to feel more in tune with your body, mind and breath!

 

Bodymindyoga- Jennifer Presland

200hr yoga alliance teacher training.

100hr pre and postnatal teacher training.

20 hr children’s yoga teacher training.

I love this type of yoga and I highly recommend it! The energising one is a great workout and the slow Flo is a more steady relaxing exercise. Both help me physically and mentally. Jen is a great teacher who really knows her stuff and is very friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been going to yoga classes with Jen for around 5 months now and every class is amazing! They are all different and and cater to all levels… Jen gives options for poses.
Jen is friendly, enthusiastic and you can tell she is really knowledgable.
If I can’t make a class I really miss it! I really look forward to each one.
Great instructor… great class! Thank you Jen!

Girlfriend convinced me to go to the energising class, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed it, worked muscles I forgot I had. And although I found it challenging, the whole experience was very relaxing and calming. Will I be back – Yes
