Energising vinyasa yoga- creating heat in the body through a fluid, mindful yoga sequence. Building strength and creating flexibility. Always making sure you walk out grounded and calm.
Slow vinyasa flow- mindful moving meditaion to work out the kinks and strains in the body. Also building strength but in a slower sequence of poses.
Both classes are for you to feel more in tune with your body, mind and breath!

100hr pre and postnatal teacher training.
20 hr children’s yoga teacher training.
